Day-of Event Information

🕗 Arrival and Setup Time:

You can arrive as early as 8am for setup. This will give you plenty of time to get your booth looking fabulous before the event begins.

 

🚗 Cars Cleared:

All cars must be out of the park no later than 9:30am, unless we’ve already made other arrangements with you. Authorized vehicles that are already in the park, may not leave until the event has cleared after 2pm. No exceptions!

 

📍 Booth Location:

Once you arrive, our friendly event staff will guide you to your assigned booth number and location.

 

🅿️ Parking:

We’ve got designated vendor parking near the event area, so you won’t have to go far. Our staff will direct you to the appropriate parking area upon your arrival.

 

🔌 Electricity:

You are responsible for your own electricity unless prior arrangements have been made with our team.

☔ Weather:

Rain or shine, we’re going to have an amazing time! Just make sure to come prepared with any necessary weather protection for your booth (e.g., a canopy, rain cover, etc.).

 

🎁 Promotions and Giveaways:

Planning any promotions, discounts, or giveaways? Fantastic! Have them ready for our excited attendees to enjoy throughout the event.

 

👥 Staff Registration:

Bringing some extra help for your booth? Make sure to register your additional guests prior to the event, so they’re on the list at the gate.

🐶 Dog Rules:

If you’re bringing your furry friend(s), remember that you’re subject to the same rules as the attendees. Keep these guidelines in mind:

  • All dogs must remain on leash at ALL TIMES
    NO FLEXI-LEASHES
  • You are responsible for keeping your dog under control. If your dog is out of control or acting aggressively towards other dogs, we will kindly ask you to leave the event.
  • You must clean up after your dog
  • Your dog must have a CURRENT rabies vaccination
  • Respect fellow attendees and their pets
  • No alcohol is allowed at the event
